We at 2nd Childhood Toys and Collectables reserve the right to refuse Returns and refunds based on Change of mind or wrong Choice purchases. We are however happy to refund based on item being wrongly or falsely advertised, or not being to the standard of description and other reasons under Australian Consumer Law.
We here at 2nd Childhood Toys and Collectables would also like to do something different and guarantee replacement or refund of items damaged in transport as long as certain rules are engaged.
- If the package has turned up damaged direct from Australian Post or courier I require photographic evidence of the damage both before package has been opened and after. I will require these so I can make a claim through the Post Office as I pack to a collectors grade. Photos should include a photo of the package unopened but evident of damage, photos of the actual postage barcode and at least 2 good photos of the damaged contents.
- Damaged items will be returned to me but I will happily pay for return postage. I will require the tracking number of the incoming damaged item for my own records. When item has been successfully returned a full refund or replacement will be sent. This goes without saying that I not only want you to feel safe and confident with any item purchased, but I will also do what I can to keep everybody a returning customer.
